Abdulrasak Kannike Musa is a Professor of Entomology at the Department of Crop Protection, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Ilorin, Head of Department between 2014 – 2017, former Departmental and Faculty Postgraduate Programme Coordinator. Served in many capacities at the faculty level, including Chairman, NUC Accreditation Committee; Chairman, Faculty Alumni Committee, Chairman, Halls, Classrooms, Laboratory Committee, Member of Faculty Lectures, Seminars Committee and other committees. Area of interest has been stored-product pest management with particular reference to finding alternatives to the use of synthetic pesticides. Spice – pesticide interactions in pest management of stored agricultural commodities.
