Dr. Ojumoola holds a B. Agriculture (First Class honours, 2012), and an M.Sc. (Crop Protection, 2016) from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria. He obtained his Ph.D. (Entomology, 2021) from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. His research falls within – Integrated Pest Management: Management of field and storage insect pests; Insect as Food and Feed: Rearing of scavenger dipterans like Black Soldier Flies as alternative protein sources; and Insect Biodiversity Studies. Dr. Ojumoola teaches at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels and is currently a Postgraduate Programs Coordinator. He is a member of the Entomological Society of Nigeria (ESN) and the Entomological Society of America (ESA). He received the University of Ilorin Scholars Award (2008–2012), best-graduating student prizes (2012), and ESA-ENTOPOC grant (2020&2021). He has published many research articles in reputable journals. He is currently an editorial assistant for the Nigerian Journal of Entomology and a reviewer for Neotropical Entomology and Physiological Entomology.
